You love recipes and cooking, but is nutrition important to you too? If it is, then the optional MacGourmet Nutrition plug-in is for you.
Using the latest nutritional database provided by the USDA, the MacGourmet Nutrition plug-in, will allow you to easily and quickly calculate nutritional information for your recipes, based on each ingredient and amount used.
The MacGourmet Nutrition plug-in adds an easy to use database browser that lets you search though all of the nutritional items and their nutrient values in the entire database. Browse by food group, or quickly search by the description based on what you type into the search field.
The MacGourmet Nutrition plug-in also adds a floating window that displays the calculated information per serving of whatever recipe is selected in your library. Calculating and browsing nutritional information has never been easier.

Limitations:
· This demo version lets you calculate nutrition for 20 recipes
