PortDetector is a piece of software that tells you if you are being monitored or your files viewed remotely. This is particularly useful if you are in a public wifi spot and want to take extra precautions to stay safe.
PortDetector does not prevent people from logging on in the listed ways. It simply tells you that they are doing so, this allowing you to make any necessary adjustments. However with Invisible mode you will not be visible as a VNC client to others on your network and any such connections will be denied.
