SUNRISE Contacts is a professional information management software for every FileMaker Pro user.
This product consists of 34 high quality databases including an address book, labels maker (business cards, mailing address, CDs etc), automatic US, New Zealand and Australian postcode/ZIP lookup, German and Spanish translation dictionaries and much more.

Software features of "SUNRISE Contacts":
· While Microsoft Outlook builds an email sending and receiving tool and adds a roughly designed contact address book, we focus on designing a proper address book and blend the email capabilities into it.
· Now finding contacts is even easier than Outlook. No more complicated layouts to do your Advanced searching in Microsoft Outlook. All searching (advanced or basic) in our product is conducted in the same layout as you enter or read the contacts. This approach makes more sense.
· If you want extra fields or layouts included with SUNRISE Contacts 2005, let us know and we will add them for you.
· Send faxes from within SUNRISE Contacts 2005 using FAXcilitate or Fax Express (for Macintosh users). This is a feature not available in Microsoft Outlook.
· Ready-to-go Microsoft Word mail merge letters are included or create your own Word document.
· Print mailing address labels, business cards, name badges, CD disk and cover labels etc. Do you have a label you want to print? Just send us your label template and we will add it to the next version. This is a feature not well integrated within Microsoft Outlook â you will have to establish a link to the contacts inside a Word document containing your labels, which is messy.
· Automatic US, Australian, UK and New Zealand postcode lookup facility comes standard, which means you will never have to work out the postcode or ZIP for a town or suburb. Want more postcodes? Just send us what you've got and we will add them! This is a feature not available in Microsoft Outlook.
· A monthly diary/calendar feature showing what is happening through a colour-coded approach for all your messages, memos and to do lists depending on their priority level in any day of the month.
· Handy built-in instructions and "controllable" computer speech (for Macintosh) explains how to use this product like a pro and with extraordinary ease.
· Attractive "common database platform" design makes it a breeze to use on all layouts and lookup databases.
· Multi-user network support mode (available for the Site and Worldwide License versions only).
· Built-in security includes the ability to stop guest users from accidentally deleting and exporting records; an authentication (password) system; and an "environment detection" security system designed to stop people copying and running your database on another computer without your consent. For more security features, try running Troi Dialog Plug-in 3.5 or greater and Troi Coding Plug-in 1.6 or greater for encrypting the information in your notes.
· Built-in auditing feature allows administrators to print and review changes to the contact information by users.
· Contains Microsoft-free and "privacy-protected" coding. This means your new SUNRISE Contacts 2005 software will neither be infected by computer viruses on the Internet (as is so often the case with Microsoft Outlook), nor is there any form of highly secret programming scripts produced by the software developer to help send your personal information in your database or elsewhere on your computer to a secret location on the Internet without your consent.
· The worldwide license version includes free updates and upgrades for the life of the product. For upgrades, please supply your name, organisation name, email address, postal address and previous registration number and we will gladly supply you with the latest registration number for activating the latest product version. NOTE: Details must be identical to previous registration information for this offer to apply.
· A product that works on any version of FileMaker Pro, from the classic 3.x to the latest 7.x and will be around for as long as you want it to be.
· Will consider customers wanting a self-running application version for people who don't have FileMaker Pro.
· A product that can be modified, improved and updated to suit your needs much quicker than any other commercial product. While competitors may spend up to 12 months updating their products (including printing new packaging and distributing the products worldwide), we can deliver our product online ready for download usually within 2 days to a week of receiving your requirements (depending on complexity of the work).
